When a refund may be available

A successful payment is normally non-refundable once access to the paid class, subscription, or learning content has been granted. We review the following exceptions on a case-by-case basis:

• A duplicate payment for the same service or billing period.
• A verified technical payment error, such as a charge without a corresponding successful enrolment.
• A class or paid service cancelled by Vidumaga.lk, or a service we did not deliver, where a suitable replacement was not provided.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a refund or a credit toward another eligible service. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

How to request a review

Contact support as soon as you identify a problem. Include the payment reference or receipt number, student name and account details, class or subscription, payment date and amount, a clear reason for the request, and supporting evidence such as a receipt or screenshot. Do not send full card numbers, CVV codes, or passwords.

We will verify the payment and service record, and may ask for more information before deciding eligibility. A request does not automatically guarantee a refund or credit.

Approved refunds and processing

Where practical, an approved refund will be returned to the original payment method. Bank and payment gateway processing times vary, so the time it takes for a refund to appear may differ. Any payment gateway transaction fee that is not returned to us may be non-refundable, where applicable; we will explain this when reviewing your request.
